Lovecraft sets the birth of the main character at precisely 100 years before his own. Once again, this character is Lovecraft. In a way this story pokes fun at Lovecraft's writing style and shows how he would have liked to have been born at an earlier date.
The story has a lot of name dropping, but no content of interest to me.
